Martlets Defeat Pelicans

A much needed win for these martlets! The team played absolutely fantastically in the second half, after regrouping and finding their groove. Shoutout to Morgan Curtis ’24 for showing up to our game after her AP and standing as our strongest defense. Caroline Breslau ’26 played as reliable as always, getting there in front of the ball every time without fail. Peyton Eckert ’27 played amazingly, scoring five times in this high-stress game. Abbey Cirelli ’27 also played with her best, scoring a highly skilled fast ball that ignited the field. Eliza Reilly ’27 also found new energy and scored two goals in a row, running so fast no one could catch up with her. Both Bella Zapata ’27 and Macey Sheehan ’27 saw their hard-work pay off when they consistently put in the hours and each scored on point today.
